Balcony privacy issue.

The accommodation was awesome located close enough to the beach, Costa Rica, and the National park, that's what I was expecting. The breakfast was always delicious with natural juice and fruit, for instance.

all made for a brilliant stay for short vacation. the combination of amazing location and staff made our stay. location in the owners' spanish restaurant. there was bagel time bakery with some goodies/coffee etc, set within walking distance of the venue.

I would definitely come back here - everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was kept very clean. It was great to have shower facilities and they even provided a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful and comfortable villa just a short walk away from the stunning Uvita Beach. The hospitality of the host, Heri, was exceptional and the on-site restaurant, Sabor Espanol. The property was well-maintained, with gorgeous woodwork and a convenient kitchen. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the local birdlife. a great experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fact that the villa was beautifully built with attention to detail. The solid wood construction and thoughtful amenities like fresh flowers and high-quality toiletries made me feel truly pampered. the location was unbeatable, just a short 3-minute walk to the stunning beach. Being so close to the beach allowed me to enjoy the beauty of the National Park without any time restrictions. It was a dream come true.

One downside was the unfortunate lack of sound insulation in the villa. While I loved hearing the birds chirping, I could have done without the noise from car alarms going off in the neighborhood at odd hours.

The villa was clean with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. the kitchen was well-equipped. the air conditioning and fans worked well. the breakfast was amazing. the host and staff were warm and helpful. the location was private and quiet with secure parking. the beach was a short walk away and not crowded.

This place is mind-blowing! The villas are more than just rooms, they're whole houses with a kitchen and pull-out sofa downstairs and a king bed and bathroom upstairs. The AC is a godsend in the hot and muggy Uvita. The private parking with an electronic gate is super secure. It feels like a home with only 2 villas on the property. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from excursions and restaurants. The wildlife is amazing, waking up to howler monkeys and squawking macaws is a unique experience. The wooden villas next to the jungle create a peaceful atmosphere. Heri, the owner, is a fantastic and helpful host. The mattresses and sheets are top-notch, providing the best sleep ever. The villa is spotlessly clean and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or cook. The proximity to Uvita beach and the National Park is incredible. The location is a short walk from the beach. The shower and air conditioning are fantastic. The main bed is super comfy and the egg chair on the balcony is a cool touch. The future restaurant sounds promising. Don't miss out on this place!
